Booking Terms and Condition

 

It’s important to understanding the Booking Terms and Conditions before making a booking.

By reading the Booking Terms and Conditions it forms part of your contract with Yangcheng Travel.

 

YangCheng Travel is the agent providing products and service on behalf of airlines, hotels, bus companies, cruise lines, wholesalers and other service provider’s including accommodation and transportation services.

 

Payment In-Store and Online

YangCheng Travel online booking system currently only accepts Visa and MasterCard (2% surcharge applies).

 

Other payment options are also available. You can make payments in store. We accept Cash, Bank Card and Bank Transfer which incurs no surcharges.

All prices and seats are subjected to airline confirmation and are subjected to airline cancellation until the booking is completed with e-ticket and e-ticket number. Our friendly staff will be in contact with you on the nearest business day to confirm the status and details of the booking before emailing your e-ticket.

 

Yangcheng Travel holds the right to reject any online booking if we believe that they are not genuine or are fraudulent.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not mandatory, however we strongly recommend it for all travel. It cover unforeseen circumstance such as forced cancellations prior to or during the tour, illness, accident, baggage and etc.

If you wish to purchase travel insurance please speak to one of our friendly sales representatives.

 

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds Fees

A confirmation email will be sent to the email provided, once the booking form is completed along with payment details. All voluntary booking cancellations upon online booking completion will incur a minimum of $100 per person cancellation service fee. We will not provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Fees and extra charges may apply where a booking is changed and when tickets or documents are re-issued and differs depending on the airline and on the fare. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking, which you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.

 

Airlines reserve the right in any circumstances to change flight timings, aircraft types and routings are often subject to change for operational reasons.

 

Yangcheng Travel has no control over the airlines or flights, nor are we always informed of schedule changes. Therefore, you should reconfirm your flight with the relevant airlines prior to travel. We accept no responsibility for bookings cancelled due to non-compliance with rules set by airlines. Which may affect your travel arrangements.

 

Passport and Travel Visas

It is mandatory for all travellers to be carrying a valid passport when travelling. It is the responsibility of the booking and/or travelling person to ensure that they have the relevant visas for both entering and transiting through countries and airports.
